The Salty Fox is a small but rapidly growing online retailer of Apple Watch bands, based within a vibrant HQ in Williamstown North.
The Role
We are seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Salty Fox.
We have a flat business structure where you’ll work closely with our customer service team, warehouse team, Operations Coordinator, Advertising Manager, and report directly to the CEO.
You’ll be responsible for the following areas:
- Developing and reporting on sales promotions.
- Creating and executing the marketing calendar.
- Producing banners and images for the website and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Creating and reporting on email campaigns.
- Copywriting for website, blogs and social media.
- Posting to & engaging our community on all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube
- Co-ordinating our social media content creators and identifying/engaging new influencers
- Co-ordinating our product photographers to create visual collateral to support our promotions and product launches
- Liaising with our SEO consultants and implementing all suggested website improvements
- Supporting the impending launch of the business into the US.

As a successful Marketing Coordinator, we require someone who loves to connect with people through creative storytelling, and a keen eye for emerging digital trends and technology.
We are seeking someone who lives and breathes social media, especially Pinterest & Instagram, but most of all we’re after someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and loves learning new skills.
The right candidate for the role will have a passion for online retail and love working in a fast-paced work environment where they are always learning and get to play a vital role in the success of the business.
There is also plenty of scope for the role and salary to evolve as the business grows.
Our normal business operating hours are Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm based in our HQ in Williamstown North. However, we are flexible to amend the hours to 9am - 5pm to suit the right candidate. Consideration after 12 months employment for a hybrid working arrangement is possible.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Canva, TikTok & YouTube is essential
- Proven ability to create, manage and report on email campaigns & flows in Klaviyo
- Understanding of Gorgias will be highly regarded
- Self-motivated and a strong ability to work autonomously
- Passion for online retail
- Ability to make decisions & work in a fast past work environment
- Highly professional written and verbal communication
- Efficient team collaboration to ensure effective execution of role
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Passionate, positive, and energetic attitude
- Attention to detail
- A keen interest in jewellery, fashion, and/or Apple Watch accessories
