As we continue to expand our reach and influence, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our marketing initiatives supporting various projects aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and achieving organizational goals. Located at our Head Office in Hobart’s CBD and reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, POS and trade materials.
- Support the development of digital marketing content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and internal comms.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and brand activation events across LARK and Forty Spotted Gin.
- Work with the Marketing Team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the planning and completion of projects and tasks, on time and in full.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies and partners to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
