We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinatorto join my client's team. You will be reporting to the Group General Manager, focused on the development, coordination, and delivery of their communication and marketing strategies. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintenance of information and online resources.
Key Responsibilities
🛜 Website & Social Media: Update, maintain, monitor website / social media presence
📈 Strategy: Develop communication plan and establish / implement communication strategies
🥋 Branding: Ensure uniform implementation of corporate branding
📢 Promotion: Engage in promotional activities within the wider community
📝 Administrative Support: sales team, calendar management, scheduling
📅 Data Management: Maintain up-to-date prospects in the CRM
💵 Sales Processing: Assist in preparation of sales proposals / contracts / quotations
🖥️ General: Develop marketing materials / internal & external newsletters / document control
About You
- Degree / Qualification in Marketing (or similar)
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (desirable)
- Prior knowledge of SimPRO / Groundplan (desirable)
- Prior knowledge of CRM / ERP Systems such as Salesforce (desirable)
