An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing and successful business based in Port Melbourne, on a permanent part-time basis. The ideal candidate would have a background in design communication/ graphic design and are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager
Asset creation, deployment, and reporting for range of online and offline channels including socials, eDMs, website, newsletter, adverts, media articles, in-house digital signage, and presentations.
Stakeholder management of suppliers/clients for suitable content and partnership activities
Copy writing, proofing, and editing articles for industry B2B publications and social media
Adhoc marketing support as required, including data entry, maintaining asset libraries & standard business forms/documents and event support.
The successful candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar discipline with minimum 3+ years relevant experience. This isn’t a role for a junior.
Superior copy writing, editing and proofreading skills (B2B experience highly regarded)
Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn & YouTube)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Graphic design skills (Canva)
Experience with Squarespace, Hootsuite and MailChimp (or similar) desirable
Organised with outstanding time management skills as you’ll need to manage an array of tasks daily
Strong communication and people skills (written and verbal)
