Holland America Line and Seabourn are thrilled to share that we are currently hiring! This presents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career as a Marketing Coordinator at our Sydney office in Chatswood. In this role, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a vital part in ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing campaigns for Holland America Line & Seabourn. Your role will support  Holland America and Seabourn, your responsibilities will include campaign development, managing brand assets, creating content, handling marketing team administrative tasks, and overseeing marketing communication activities with precision.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the delivery of all Holland America Line & Seabourn marketing campaigns – brand & retail.
  • Manage the execution and deployment of creative assets for these campaigns, including press ads and digital ads through external suppliers and internal channels. 
  • Briefing and deliver branded collateral including brochures and branded merchandise.
  • Timely delivery and co-ordination of creative product information to marketing and sales team. 
  • Working under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Admin support including process and code invoices, ensure all documents are filed and stored correctly in the file management system.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing position or a recent Marketing graduate
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a can-do mindset.
  • Familiarity with the cruise industry and travel agent environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in creative design, development, and digital production processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of quickly building trust within a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept at multitasking under tight deadlines
  • Effective organisational and time management abilities and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, high energy and confident approach in building relationships and growing your career.
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel as needed (both domestically and internationally)
