Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading and executing all Social Media marketing, sales campaigns, and relationship building with retail clients. The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside and collaborate with our Managing Director, Content Creator, Graphic Designer and Web Developer. This strategic role is essential in driving the company's growth and expanding our market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content calendar for our Social Media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and marketing campaigns and goals.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our Social Media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Skill Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest trends in Social Media and influencer marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute all aspects of direct sales campaigns for our high-quality audio and video products, including briefing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Insight and Analysis: Analyse marketing performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Client Relations & Development: Strengthen and maintain relationships with retail clients / resellers by understanding their needs, increasing collaboration, and developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Social Media management and influencer marketing.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a relevant field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including platforms like Shopify.
- A basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and similar video editing tools for creative content creation.
