Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the company's marketing strategy and associated action plans. You will report to the Head of Brand, this role plays a critical part in delivering initiatives to achieve business objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Brand in developing and implementing the marketing strategy and associated action plans to meet the business objectives.
• Write and manage the marketing content calendar to ensure companys message is strong and consistent across all communication channels and marketing campaigns/initiatives
• Design, implement, and maintain a directory and inventory of support materials using the Adobe Design Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
• Design and implement the creation of new materials as needed to support various programs, brands, and business units. This can include but is not limited to posters, brochures, presentations, infographics, and videos
• Digital platforms – ensure all digital platforms have up-to-date and engaging content and imagery for the relevant target audience
• Plan and manage meetings, events (internal and external) and conferences by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Write compelling and detailed award submissions
• Update and maintain customer databases and records
• Ad hoc duties as requested by your Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 + years’ experience in Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Advanced skills in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
• Experience in building and sustaining positive relationships with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement and knowledge growth
• Enthusiastic, confident in communication and can execute with excellence
• Team player, welcoming ideas from others and prepared to share information actively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
