What will you be doing in this role:

• Manage all property marketing
• Book photographers, copy writers, floor plan etc
• Create artwork via templates and manage approval deadlines
• Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements
• Manage the brand quality control
• Assist with posting content to social media
• Upload new listings online
• Oversee the database and entry of new listings
• Review processes and procedures to streamline the marketing process
• Provide admin support to the team as required

The right candidate will have:

• 12 months experience in a real estate admin or marketing role
• A reliable car and valid drivers licence
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
• Passionate about the property industry
• Confident written and verbal communication
• A collaborative team player
• A creative mindset, always evolving with new trends
• Holding a Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
• Full Australian work rights
