Marketing Executive – Hospitality

The Marketing Executive Hospitality plays a key role in the execution of the annual integrated marketing plan and manages the execution across the Hospitality Business Unit at the property level. Working closely with their line manager, the Marketing Executive Hospitality will be involved in the development of the marketing plan, the detailed design of campaigns, the delivery and execution of those campaigns and post campaign reviews. The Marketing Executive Hospitality will brief Group Creative Services, provide feedback to creative concepts, proof creative collateral and gain manager and stakeholder approval of creative concepts. This role must also brief internal stakeholders on upcoming promotions and offers, via verbal and written communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the growth strategy for the Crown Property and the Hospitality Business Units (BU) and align marketing activities to grow Hospitality revenue and contribution.
- Contribute to the development of the Hospitality marketing campaigns planning.
- Have input into a collaborative planning and ideation process that generates creativity, breadth of ideas, and innovation.
- Plan a Hospitality marketing activity annual portfolio calendar.
- Work with Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage the brand positioning strategy for sub-brands (venues/outlets) as needed.
- Refine promotion, offer, and event concepts adhering to brand guidelines and budget to determine qualification criteria, promotion/offer mechanics, event times, conditions, and exclusions.
- Working with and the Finance and Strategy teams forecast ROI on promotions, offers and ticketed events and make requisite changes to optimise ROI and/or BU margin impact.
- Complete the Marketing Campaign checklist and ensure all aspects of the promotion are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Write briefs for creative development and campaign planning, with sufficient lead-times for requirements to be fulfilled.
- Engage with legal and compliance team to create T&Cs for promotions, offers and ticketed events.
- Provide feedback to creative concepts, against objectives.
- Approve creative suite, and dispatch artwork to other teams as required.
- Demonstrated ability to executive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Strong communications skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- 1-3 years brand marketing experience (high-end hospitality, beverage, entertainment, or retail preferred).
- Proven success in driving results with an absolute passion for brand marketing.
- Experience supporting or managing integrated campaigns.
- Experience in project management especially managing multiple projects and Stakeholders.
