You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand identity and manage local marketing activations, retail presence and national conferences, ensuring seamless integration with sales and key account initiatives.The FitAs a strategic thinker, you'll be able to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies, while maintaining and strengthening our brand identity and market position. To succeed in this role you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a marketing role, with a focus on regional or domestic marketing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across teams and all levels of the business.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, events and digital media spend for optimal marketing return on investment.
- Proficiency in digital and marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of current marketing technology trends and best practices.
- Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise work within regional marketing budgets.
