We are currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager who is highly experienced in delivering campagins and managing ongoing strategic initiatives focused on client lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels.
Ths position will be ideally suited to a highly organised, analytical individual with in depth experience in planning, building and executing successful campaigns that have raised brand awareness and increased leads
Highly skilled, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities across multiple projects simultaneously, you will be a creative thinker and driven by success measured by KPIs and metrics.
Responsibilities and Core Skills
- Create and execute lead-generation marketing campaigns that significantly increase the volume of high quality leads into MyBudget. Develop campaign strategies and objectives to ensure best practices and processes to drive successful customer acquisition.
- Execute an integrated mix of traditional and digital marketing lead campaigns including email, direct mail, social media, landing pages, tv and radio.
- Develop customer loyalty programs that create communities, referrals, active MyBudget brand promotion and upsell opportunities.
- Expert skill in analysis and measurement of marketing campaigns to identify trends and maximise success rates. Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
- Develop strategies and campaigns that increase touch points in our clients journey to optimise conversion rates
- Analyse industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
- Create automated programs to nurture existing web traffic and 10-years worth of web inquiries to become sales-ready leads
- Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
- Maximize website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design and content
- Manage marketing budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads
Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience 8 years + in marketing with a focus on lead generation and highly successful marketing campaigns
- Strategic Thinker: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive successful client acquisition.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer preferences, adjusting lead-generation strategies and tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
