About the Role:
Support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute best in class Marketing plans and activity to deliver on the business strategy, plans and objectives. Sitting within the Group Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering customer and revenue growth and deliver on their corporate vision "to be Australia's bank of choice".
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing tactical and automated customer engagement programs and campaigns
- Work with relevant team members and stakeholders to develop and execute marketing initiative strategy and activity including sponsorship and partnership activity
- Brief creative and internal teams on requirements and collaborate on delivery
- Develop relevant analytics and reporting requirements to measure performance of marketing campaign activities
- Prepare and present regular campaign reports and insights to key stakeholders and senior management
- Contribute to broader customer marketing team forums and discussions
About you:
- You're wanting a part time position, 4 days per week
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Campaign Manager position
- Proven capabilities developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including marketing via email and digital channels
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to grasp core business and marketing metrics
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to lead marketing activity and campaigns
- Demonstrated experience interpreting data, analysis and market research into actionable insights and post campaign reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to formally present to internal and external audiences
- Familiarity of Australia's banking and finance industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in implementing new marketing technology would be desirable
- A tertiary degree in marketing or related discipline
