The franchise system continues to grow nationally, and an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and support the execution of the Hog’s Breath Cafe strategic vision.
The Role
The Marketing Manager role at Hog's Breath Cafe is responsible for maintaining brand standards, crafting marketing strategies, and ensuring their effective implementation across the franchise network. In collaboration with restaurant franchisees and managers, the Marketing Manager role involves adapting marketing plans to suit each unique operational environment, with the aim of boosting customer covers. With a team of external subject matter experts at their disposal, the Marketing Manager role oversees the execution of marketing initiatives within set budgets. Established relationships with Hog's Breath Cafe vendors will further strengthen the brand's association and support throughout the system. Join Hog's Breath Cafe and be a key driver in its growth.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the marketing industry.
- Budgeting: Proven experience in budget management.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Project Management: Previous experience in project management, particularly in marketing.
- Digital Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Writing: Excellent writing skills for content creation and marketing materials.
- Advertising: Creative skills in content creation.
- Managing 3rd Party providers of marketing services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
