The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing strategies for a varied portfolio of residential BTR projects.
Primary objectives of this position will be to manage the delivery of project marketing initiatives, and continually evaluate their effectiveness in order to achieve project enquiry and revenue targets. You will also consistently monitor and update all digital platforms and liaise with external agencies to ensure the timely production of marketing deliverables.
Experience/Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications and/or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Marketing within the residential development industry (preferred).
- Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the residential development market.
- Proven track record of developing and/or implementing successful project marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of social and digital analytics, SEO and SEM and ability to converse and lead agencies with regard performance requirements and campaigns.
- Be a driven and solutions focussed marketing professional.
