Your New Role
As the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, expanding the patient base, and enhancing online and offline presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including dentists, receptionists, and clinical staff, is essential to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This will include:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing ones.
- Content Creation: Ensuring engaging content is created for the website, and social media platforms.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences.
- Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Performance Metrics: Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Marketing team and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with patient needs.
- Brand Identity: Maintaining consistent branding across all channels and touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the retail, marketing agency or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
