Your New Role
As the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, expanding the patient base, and enhancing online and offline presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including dentists, receptionists, and clinical staff, is essential to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This will include:

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing ones.
• Content Creation: Ensuring engaging content is created for the website, and social media platforms.
• Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences.
• Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Performance Metrics: Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Marketing team and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with patient needs.
• Brand Identity: Maintaining consistent branding across all channels and touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the retail, marketing agency or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness.
