Who are you?
You are a highly experienced marketing professional with an eye for detail and a proven track record. The marketing team at EOH are agile and creative and requires a dedicated leader to enable them to develop and flourish. A natural strategist you will have a top-to-bottom remit, from strategy development to creative projects, campaign execution, reporting and metrics.
You will possess an intimate knowledge of the beauty market and customer, understand their current needs and be able to recognise emerging trends. This is a senior role at EOH and relevant, demonstrated experience is essential.

What you’ll work on
Strategy
• Develop data-driven, fully integrated campaign strategies, product launches and marketing activations based on audience & SEO insight that maximise the value of every channel
• Develop and execute the overall Marketing Plan that defines and organises all marketing activity and output
• Develop key campaign messaging that will work across all placements and channels • Create content briefs for marketing initiatives and oversee asset production for all platforms and placements
• Create and manage all PR activity across print and digital media
• Develop a testing plan to continuously improve the website performance, conversion rate and other core metrics
• Keep up to date with the latest industry and competitor trends, harvest insight and feed learnings back into the team about how we can evolve our marketing output to stay ahead
• Develop cross-functional initiatives that are responsive to culture and business position
• Lead market research projects
People
• Working with Junior Marketer to oversee the paid and organic influencer marketing strategy including a strategic and data-driven selection of influencers, managing negotiations with key influencers, brand advocates, and reporting on influencer marketing KPIs
• Oversee the Content Creator with growing, developing and executing an organic social media strategy and content plan
• Assist the Sales Manager by managing the marketing plan for key online retailers
• Work with the Creative Lead to develop integrated brand, campaigns and evergreen content series/creation
• Manage new and existing brand ambassadors
• Manage events, promotional activity, activations and charity alignments
• Manage media and external creative partners
Customer
Define and deliver the customer journey and marketing strategy across all channels in accordance with overarching business goals and objectives
Content
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all assets, content and collateral are on brand and optimised for each placement
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SMS marketing and e-commerce
• Manage and optimise the email marketing campaigns, automation and flows
• Manage the website including SEO optimisation, blog publishing and merchandising across the website
• Manage our range of e-commerce apps and platforms including reviews, loyalty, SMS, analytics and more
Reporting
• Report on digital marketing performance against benchmarks using data from Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook, and social media management tools
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI of marketing spend
• Develop and submit monthly and quarterly reporting on strategies, projects and performance across all areas
