About Golf Gods: Golf Gods is a leading brand in the golf industry, known for its unique and value-driven products. We cater to golf enthusiasts who appreciate quality gear and a good time on the course.

Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager at Golf Gods, you will be responsible for overseeing our marketing calendar, online website promotions, new product launches, golf events and all marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will lead our creative team, which includes a graphic designer, email marketer, video content creator social media manager and paid media buying team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Manage all website promotions, including sales, discounts, and product launches.
• Lead the creative team to develop marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials are on brand and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with out paid media team
• Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Golf Gods remains at the forefront of the golf market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• The successful applicant must have strong organizational skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prfioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of all things photography and content creation
• Have a strong understanding of Paid Media including Facebook ads, Google ads and Tik Tok ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading a creative team is preferred.
• Passion for golf and understanding of the golf market is a plus.
