Marketing Officer
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Brand and Strategy, this dynamic role is seeking an excellent communicator, who will be responsible for delivering on the actions of the annual Marketing Plan including the coordination of Workways digital presence; design and development of marketing tools and resources; delivery of initiatives and events including local marketing campaigns, and assistance with internal and external communications.

About the role:
Location: Based in Gippsland, VIC or Brisbane, QLD with a hybrid working model
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
As a Marketing and Communications officer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Annual Marketing Plan for Workways. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude who is excited by the idea of having the creative freedom to design and implement all tools and resources for our dynamic business.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate graphic design and copywriting skills
- Great self-motivation and team-work skills, as this role has the freedom to work both autonomously, as well as in a team.
Key skills and experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of digital marketing and experience administering social media channels
- Ability to interpret and analyse marketing data,
- Experience in Content Management Systems such as WordPress, and campaign management tools such as Hootsuite, Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor.
