We currently have an opportunity to join our award-winning Jacaranda team based in Melbourne. The team works closely with teachers and education professionals to bring to life exceptional education solutions for students Australia-wide!
The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator provides support to the execution of Jacaranda’s marketing and sales initiatives. They provide support to customers, partners, and internal teams demonstrating excellent knowledge and customer service skills while managing multiple support tasks and admin projects. This includes nurturing inbound leads from marketing campaigns, responding to sales inbox inquiries, and helping with the maintenance of data in our CRM.
How you will make an impact:
- Have a college or university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Are analytical and customer‐oriented with experience in support roles.
- Can predict and plan to ensure the team is supported effectively. Can effectively manage a high volume of queries and data in peak periods.
- Preferably have some experience in running lead management or lead nurture campaigns.
- Have an aptitude for learning new technology and systems and experience in providing guidance and training on systems and processes. An understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce would be a plus.
- Have Strong analytical and organizational skills. Can multitask with ease and has high attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate with a minimum requirement of an intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook use. Advanced skills in Excel would be an added bonus!
