We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
SEO Management:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance.
AdWords Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust bids, keywords, and ad copy to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, Google AdWords, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home services industries desirable.
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local SEO practices.
