Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with experience in website management and advertising management preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with excellent creative and execution abilities.
- Proficiency in using mainstream media channels such as TikTok for the US market and Facebook and Instagram for the Australian market
- Deep understanding of the Australian and US markets preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company websites on Shopify, including content updates, SEO optimization, organic content updates, and user experience improvements.
- Design and execute social media advertising campaigns, including monitoring of YouTube Ads and AdWords, to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
- Engage with influencers and manage collaborations to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including brand events, promotionals, etc.
- Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and communicate insights to team
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
