About the role
- SEO: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SEO, both on-site and off-site, to optimise online visibility and drive organic traffic. Creating high-quality backlinks from industry related sites, guest posting on industry related sites and creating high quality backlinks through anchor text.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilise expertise in Adobe Commerce for front-end development (HTML5 and CSS3) and to craft engaging customer journeys. Building landing pages for digital ad campaigns to increase conversions across our channels.
- Experience using cloud applications such as Canva, Mailchimp, DotDigital, Algolia, Google Analytics, and Google Ad's for effective campaign execution.
- Content Creation: Capture compelling images of products, services, team members, and events. Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards and enhance visual appeal.
- Creative Writing: Write researched blogs and articles that align with our SEO content strategy for both B2C and B2B markets.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. Create visually cohesive materials that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos that tell compelling stories about the brand, products, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging video content.
- Content Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall content strategy and marketing goals. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Vendor Advertising: Liase with multiple vendors and bring their promotional marketing strategies to life with the Co-op.
- Organise multiple marketing events such as Trade Shows, Golf Days, Race Days, Conferences and BBQ’s.

- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing & Communication
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist role
- Proven track record in both B2C and B2B markets.
Experience with Adobe Commerce, Canva, Mailchimp, DotDigital, Algolia, Google Analytics, and Google Ad's and Meta Business Suite.
Front-end development skills in HTML5 and CSS3.
