The Role
Reporting and working collaboratively with the Director, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives and execute the marketing initiatives for the business. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration with a focus on marketing and social media.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Work with the Directors of the business to ensure all marketing and promotional activities is integrated and aligned with campaigns and company focus
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral
- Manage scheduling of email marketing campaigns boosting online traffic and client engagement
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Manage all website content including landing pages, online forms and surveys
- Coordinate attendance at networking and industry events
- Support various projects and initiatives as assigned
- Manage interactions with outside businesses and agencies
- Document all marketing processes and procedures
- Other duties as required
About You
Ideally you will be currently working within a similar role, you will be a team player and have a can-do attitude that people will want to work with. You will have strong work ethics and have the right attitude to want to work in this top shelf business.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferable
- Previous experience within a marketing/administration role, preferably with exposure to the financial industry
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Have worked with Microsoft Forms, Active Campaign, Dynamics, Teams, Co Pilot and are familiar with making Videos
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
