Marketing Specialist
Phillip Riley has an exciting full-time position available for a Marketing Specialist.
We are seeking someone with a 'can do' attitude and experience in the field. Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate campaign creative including SEM, Facebook ads, dynamic banner ads, microsites and landing pages
• Improve advertising efficiency by AB testing, tagging & tracking creative
• Improve user experience and conversion rates on web pages by testing content and design
• Report on ROI and key success metrics
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, keeping track of testing methodology and performance metrics
About you:
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (at least two years)
• Result orientated with proven experience in attracting leads
• Analytical, and able to use data-driven insights to guide decisions and strategies
• Proficient with WordPress and Google Analytics
• A team player - strong in collaboration but able to work autonomously
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Salary: $70,000- $90,000 plus superannuation
