Marketing & Strategy Manager, you will act as budget lead for
Mobile Lending national and LAM marketing incorporating forecasting and reconciliation and support for CVP rollout of marketing materials such as tools and templates for national usage by network. You will also provide delivery provision on capability build and refinements for lead gen activities.In addition, you will provide:
- support for cross functional teams across product, distribution, operations and marketing services to create great customer outcomes.
- support for CVP rollout of marketing materials such as tools and templates for national usage by network
- support via consistent communication to the network on local marketing materials to support growth of the channel aligning with lead and sales targets delivered through the varied platforms and comms channels
- support for dot com optimisations and CX improvements.
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 6-month Fixed term contract, Full Time
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Home Loans and marketing knowledge: Understanding of Home Loans core operations and functions and how that impacts marketing activities
- Go to Market Planning: Ability to make specific choices and course of action developed by each team / function on how they will contribute to the overall delivery of the Marketing Strategy and Portfolio Strategy and the overall customer and commercial targets. Consists of goal setting & measurement, go to market strategy & planning and the scoping and development of business cases.
- Network marketing or Local area marketing experience or experience working with Franchisees
- Driven by values and a strong sense of purpose to influence and work through others to service the 180 strong Franchisee network
- Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders
- Budget management lead experience would be highly regarded
