Your New Position
The Project Officer will be responsible for:
- Lead and coordinate new survey requests, including procurement processes
- Minor contract management
- Provide advice on accurate and quality survey requests and data information
- Coordinating Microsoft Outlook email inboxes including email and folder structure housekeeping
- Spreadsheet and database maintenance
- Conducting the process of entering/maintenance of data into corporate systems
- Producing composition reports from corporate systems and software programs to both internal and external customers
- Attending infrequent site visits
- Other duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Have a balanced approach to managing conflicting demands and assist the team to adapt to a changing environment.
- Demonstrate fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to delivery of sport and recreation projects.
- Have superior written and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members and across business units to deliver the required work by managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate personal responsibility in meeting objectives, including the ability to proactively recognise and resolve issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
