The Role:
You as the Mechanical Designer will come up with design concepts that will be produced to manufacture once signed off by the engineer. You will be required to regulary collaborate with the workshop to ensure continiously improving design concepts as well as partake in meetings to brainstorm ideas with the engineering team.
About You:
- Experienced user of Autodesk Inventor and Vault
- Experienced in the design of mechanical plant or material handling equipment
- Experience in a heavy industry environment
- Preparedness to work on site when necessary for site measurement/inspections
- Ability to work in a team environment with project managers, engineers and plant owners
- A safety attitude that will fit with our culture and help maintain a very high standard
