About the Opportunity
We currently have a part-time opportunity available at our Bella Vista Office.
The aim of this role is to plan and roster our workforce to support people with disabilities, which assists them to live independent and productive lives.
About You
You will thrive in what can sometimes be a challenging environment:
• You are highly organised and have solid rostering experience.
• You have experience in managing services for people with disability or other relevant experience.
• You understand the disability sector and the supports participants require.
• You are confident in dealing with multiple services and their individualised requirements.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have excellent computer skills with capability to use database systems, the Microsoft suite including Teams, Excel and Word.
• You are available to be on call as required (rotating on call roster).
• You can provide evidence of 3 Covid-19 vaccinations.
• You have a current drivers licence.

Remuneration
