Medical Administration Receptionist–Broadmeadows, Gisborne and Sunbury

  • Permanent full time – working 9 days per fortnight
  • This role will be working in our Broadmeadows, Gisborne and Sunbury Hearing Centres and support the Kilmore Hearing Centre occasionally

Your opportunity

As a Medical Administration Receptionist, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:

  • You’ll greet clients, and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
  • Working at reception, you’ll undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims and payments, data entry and monthly reports
  • You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and provide troubleshooting support with a range of devices 
  • You’ll assist Audiologists with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
