About Us:
X-Ray & Imaging (XRI) is a specialist radiology provider with practices across the beautiful Sunshine Coast, and recently joined the Integral Diagnostic (IDX Group); we operate quality comprehensive practices including CT, Mammography, BMD, X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI and Nuclear Medicine across Australia and New Zealand.
Our Admin team are an integral part of our clinics, providing caring customer service to our patients from their initial contact with us to book an appointment, to when they depart our clinics. You are the face (and the voice) of our company and are the first and last touchpoints for our patients from when they book their appointment to when they leave our clinics. We believe in developing our people, which is demonstrated regularly with career progression opportunities as we continue to grow as a company.
About Our Team:
Our team members have a variety of backgrounds, including people who have worked in radiology their entire careers, some who have worked as receptionists in other parts of the healthcare industry like GP clinics or allied health or started their career in healthcare with XRI.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties will include:
- Providing excellent service to our patients and referrers
- Answering phone calls and maintaining the appointment calendars for our practices
- Ensuring that patients are offered a seamless service with correct prep, quotes and appointment times.
- Billing patients, processing invoices to Medicare, using of EFTPOS machine.
- Solely open and close practices as required.
Although medical imaging reception experience is preferred, it is not essential - if you are an Admin superstar OR have completed Medical Administration or Terminology courses, we want to hear from you!
