Healthcare on Collins is a large Medical Centre located at Level 4, 250 Collins Street, right in the heart of Melbourne's Central Business District. We are seeking an experienced reception staff member to join our team. The role is to support Specialists, General Practitioners and Allied Health Practitioners.
This gives you exposure to a variety of practice management software and medical specialties. The training will take you through the different duties, from greeting patients to organising their next appointment and taking their payment.
We pride ourselves in being a very inclusive and fun team. The reception team and the clinical team work very closely and respectfully together. Being a large practice, you have the comfort of always having support around you.
We are open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and 8.00 am - 12.00 pm Saturday. Work hours vary, but shifts are typically 7.30 am - 4.00pm, 8.30 am - 5.00pm or 10.00 am to 6.30pm. This role doesn't include Saturday shifts.

The position will include welcoming patients, taking payments, scheduling of appointments for medical and allied health practitioners, processing consultation and surgical payments, liaising with other medical and allied health practitioners and facilities, stocking and tidying of consulting rooms and general administration and reception duties.
The position is due to commence this month.
