AddressWe are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. Greek speaking would be advantages.
We are open between 8am - 7pm weekdays (except to 9pm on Monday) and 9-1pm on Saturdays. We are highly committed to providing outstanding care for our patients. We provide a great team environment, with excellent remuneration depending on experience.
This role can be either a casual or permanent part-time position with 15-20 hours per week, with regular shift schedules in the afternoon/evening. This may include a Saturday morning shift (9am-1pm).
Key duties will include:
- Greeting and billing patients
- Managing patient phone and email enquiries
- Stocking and maintaining reception and consultation rooms
- Opening and closing the clinic
- General administration duties
To be considered for this role it would be ideal:
- To have experience as a Medical Receptionist (Not essential for the right candidate as can be trained)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
