AddressMedical Receptionists x 2 - Job Share 2 days per week permanent part-time
Active Physiotherapy, a long established and busy Physiotherapy practice in Mt Waverley, requires 2 experienced Medical Receptionists as follows:
Position 1: Job Share2 days per week, Monday afternoon/evening 1pm to 7pm & Tuesday afternoon/evening 3pm to 8pm.
Position 2: Job Share2 days per week, Thursday afternoon/evening 2pm to 8pm & Friday 10am to 2pm.
The receptionists we are looking for, will need to commit to these hours but also have the flexibility to swap shifts, cover annual leave on various days, cover sick leave on various days and, sometimes this can be at short notice. The ability to work in a team and solo environment is required, as well as the ability to multi-task.
These positions would suit an experienced person, possibly returning to the workforce, and someone with flexibility.
Full training will be given, but experience with Microsoft applications, EFTPOS machine and PPMP diary management program, would be desirable.
