About Us:
Our general practice features a committed team comprising General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Dentists, Dietitians, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, and Practice Managers.We provide comprehensive GP consultations, dental services, and allied health services.
Position Details:
- Casual position available.
- Practice hours: Weekdays 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday 09:00-13:00.
- Onsite Allied Health Services: Pathology, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Dietetics.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Uphold patient confidentiality.
- Proactive, multitasking, reliable, and flexible.
- Proficient in computer operations, both written and verbal communication.
- Previous medical practice experience and software knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the practice manager to uphold industry standards.
- Communicate compassionately with patients and their families.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient billing.
- Handle telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinate with doctors, staff, and allied health professionals.
- Manage internal and external correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain patients.
