Tasks & responsibilities
Open and close clinic. Greet patients and answer the telephone promptly and courteously. Schedule appointments, processing patient invoices/receipts, Medicare claims and bulk bill as required. Enter and update patient registration details. Maintain reception area in a tidy and welcoming manner.
Qualifications & experience
The applicant must have the following attributes:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Minimum requirement of completion of Medical Receptionist course. Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and covering additional shifts. Ensure Privacy, Confidentiality, quality care and service are delivered to our patients.
