Part-Time Medical Receptionist

Specialist surgical practice is looking for a part time Medical Receptionist (2 days a week, no weekends).

Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:

• Management of patient appointments and billing in Genie Medical Software.
• Answering phones in a professional manner.
• Accurate data entry and scanning of patient information.
• Manage the day-to-day practice such as coordination of theatre lists and hospital admission.
• Keeping stock of office supplies.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Excellent communication skills essential in verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy work environment
• Proficient computer skills.
• Fluency in English both in written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is highly regarded.
