The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. As a Medical Receptionist at The Health Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing outstanding customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage patient appointments and schedule consultations
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Process patient information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments
- Ensure the waiting area and reception desk are tidy and presentable
- Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with medical software and office management systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A compassionate and patient-focused attitude
