Our team in the Logan region are on the lookout for a permanent, Full Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments. In addition you will be responsible for supporting the booking of appointments, records management and working with referring medical practitioners. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people.
This is a Full Time position working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (8a - 5p) and occasional Saturdays (830a-1230p) with penalty loadings applied.
We have multiple clinics in this region, we are looking for candidates who are open to working across our clinics in Beenleigh, Browns Plains, and Victoria Point. Pleae note you will be rostered to work across all 3 of these locations.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
