Currently they have an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to work in their team. In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously.
Supporting the Practice Manager your will have the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing patient payments, invoicing, billings
- Ordering offices supplies
- Orientation and training of new staff
- Daily banking
- Assisting the Practice Manager with adhoc duties
