About the role
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic casual/part-time reception staff to join our happy busy team. Hours will be around 12hr+ a week and to cover for sick and holiday leave. Your role will be of vital importance as you will be the first point of contact for all patients
- Monday to Friday availability 8am-6pm
- Best Practice experience highly regarded
- School hours may be available to the right candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients on arrival
- General reception and admin duties - telephone enquires, bookings, mail and faxes, general housekeeping
- Patient flow and waiting room times
- Invoicing and receipting customer accounts
- Open and closing office procedures
About You
- Ability to multitask in a team and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality of patient privacy
- Experience with medical software - Best Practice
You will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate and the opportunity to learn and develop your medical reception skills within a friendly team environment. Renumeration is based on experience and can be discussed in more detail upon interview. Opportunity for advancements.
