Medical Receptionist

The Elms Family Medical Centre are excited to expand our reception team and are looking for a team member to primarily work in the afternoons for a minimum of 27.5 hours per fortnight and also assist us with annual and sick leave coverage.  

If you enjoy working as part of a high functioning, friendly and well supported team The Elms Family Medical Centre is searching for the right person to join our medical centre as a Medical Receptionist. 

The Elms Family Medical Centre is a private billing practice that has been providing high quality medical care to the community of Bacchus Marsh since 1994.

Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service to our patients

Attending to patient queries via telephone and face to face

Processing patient accounts

Providing administration support to our doctors

Essential Criteria:
Proven experience working in a busy office environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent eye for detail 
Solid computer literacy skills
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
