An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic receptionist to join our friendly team in a busy but fulfilling work environment. We offer a flexible work/life balance with an interest in administration work, customer service and reception duties. Workhours are negotiable with casual / contract hours available.
The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude with exceptional organisation and communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications & experience
- Prior Medical Receptionist experience
- General clerical and administration duties
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service
- Managing confidential patient records.
- Processing payments, Medicare, and third-party claims
