Our reception staff perfom a complex interesting role and are the first point of contact for our patients. This means having the right person is of paramount importance to us!
On a daily basis they manage:
- Meeting and greeting patients - both in person and via the telephone
- Liaising with clinicians to provide superior service
- Accounts
- Online booking system
- Online requests for referrals and prescriptions
- Recalls and reminder systems
