SalaryA busy Gynaecology/Obstetric/Fertility practice in Westmead is seeking 2 highly motivated and friendly receptionist staff who have experience in working in a fast paced medical environment. The positions are to join our practice for a full time position ( 3-4 days).
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 2 yrs medical reception experience
- ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- ability to efficiently manage a high volume of patients and phone calls
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience in GENIE software
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- general medical reception work
- flexibility to cover other team members for sick and annual leave
- good computer skills
