An opportunity exists for a receptionist to join our busy specialist practice in Wagga Wagga to work Part time, Monday and Tuesday afternoon shift, Wednesday 9-5.30 to provide support to the Doctors.
What are we looking for in you?
- Strong social, emotional and communication skills
- An ability to work independently with initiative
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers
- Act in a professional manner with all staff, patients and other allied health professional
- Respects and maintains patient confidentiality and privacy at all times, whilst on shift and outside of working hours. This includes patient confidentiality and also staff privacy

Skills and experience
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous Computer skills is a must
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Attention to detail and working under pressure are critical elements to this role
