AddressWe are an established Surgical Specialist Practice in Spring Hill who is seeking to appoint an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our small supportive team. This is a full-time position for a group of Surgeons in a modern streamlined practice.
This role will suit candidates with the following experience:
- Medical Reception experience in a Specialist Practice
- Experience running clinics.
- This role involves estimating for complex surgical procedures, arranging anaesthetists, assisting surgeons and liaising with Hospital staff.
- Medical Typing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer:
- Minimum 1 year in a Medical Practice
- Surgical experience Preferred
- Experience using medical software for patient bookings and co-ordination of Theatre Lists (Shexie) although training can be provided.
- High level communication skills
- Understanding of Medical Practice day to day running
Hours: Monday to Friday between 8.30am-4.30pm
Commencement Date: asap
Salary: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour + Superannuation negotiable on experience
