Medical Receptionist

Vacancy for a Full time Medical Receptionist to support a busy team. The position is suited to someone who is interested in working flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings.

In this role the successful candidates, will provide front desk reception and support to a team of General Practitioners & Allied health. Ideally the successful candidate will be available to start immediately.

The successful applicant will bring with them highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy. 

Skills and experience 

Must have minimum 12 months experience in the same role (or similar).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to Multi-task
• Proactive with good initiative
• Work well under pressure 
• Must be able to work weekends and up until 7pm Monday to Friday
• Flexible
• Experience using Medical Director and Prac Soft preferred
• Must provide 3 current references
