The Role
As a member of our Patient Services Team, you will be responsible for providing high quality patient experiences during all patient engagements with Emerald Clinics, ensuring patients are always provided with a professional and welcoming experience.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with patients in relation to booking of appointments and other general correspondence;
- Answering clinic phone calls and tending to patient enquiries;
- Updating patient information within patient database to ensure details are correct;
- Issuing patient invoices and receipts;
- Tending to incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence;
- Maintaining the presentation of the reception/waiting room areas; and
- Providing general assistance across the organisation, as required.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a customer facing role in a professional business environment.
Additionally, you will also have:
Completed your Year 12 Certificate, or equivalent;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Administration
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills;
A proven ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines;
Strong computer and administrative skills; and
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
