This role is for you if you are experienced in Medical Reception, are happy to drive around to the different locations on a needs basis and a bonus is having Genie Software experience.
Your day to day will include:

Your day to day will include:
- Dealing with and greeting walk-in patients with appointments and enquiries
- Taking and processing payments into the system including eftpos payments
- Managing a busy shared inbox as a team
- Working with Dr’s, Hospitals and other clinics getting results
- Arranging and re-booking theatre, coordinating with the hospital and patients
- Data entry into Genie System and updating Excel Spreadsheets
