AddressBarkers Road Dermatology is an established dermatology practice offering various dermatology services, allergy testing and surgeries. We have a great team of dermatologists, nurses and administration staff. We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part time Medical Receptionist
This is an important role for our practice and we are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and warm Medical Receptionist with the experience and zest to take on our busy role! We want to work closely with you to ensure our practice maintains its excellent reputation and that patients have an enjoyable experience with us.
As Medical Receptionist you will work closely with our experienced team to:
- meet and greet patients
- manage patient accounts, billing and payments
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- typing correspondence
- UVB settings and appointments
- maintain a clean and tidy practice
- assist doctors and patients with enquiries
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a medical administrator in a busy practice. You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will have experience with medical software, and audio typing software (desirable). Previous experience with dermatology/ surgery/ nursing ideal!
You will be a key staff member and highly valued, salary will reflect this. This role is permanent part time with minimum hours but can also vary depending on requirements.
